Returns Policy

Hello there, valued customer of Movewell. We appreciate your support and want to ensure that you have a fantastic shopping experience with us. Sometimes though, returns are unavoidable. Don't worry, we've got you covered! Our Returns Policy outlines all the nitty-gritty details to make your return process as smooth as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

- We want you to be completely satisfied, so to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same fantastic condition as when you received it.

- Just give us a shout within 30 days from the date of purchase, and we'll sort things out for you.

- While we strive to accommodate all requests, personalised or custom-made items can only be returned if there's a manufacturing defect or we goofed up.

2. Return Process:

- Simply get in touch with our friendly customer service team using our contact form. Let us know your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason behind the return.

- Our fantastic team will guide you through the process, providing you with a special Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and the return address.

- When packing up the item(s) for return, be sure to give them a cosy and secure home inside the packaging. We wouldn't want any mishaps during transit.

- Oh, and don't forget to include the RMA number and a copy of the original order invoice inside the package.

3. Return Shipping:

- To avoid any sleepless nights, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping hold of that precious proof of postage.

- If your return falls under our responsibility, we'll reimburse the original shipping charges for the returned item(s). We believe in fairness!

4. Refunds:

- Once we receive and lovingly inspect your returned item(s), we'll reach out to you and spill the beans on whether your refund is approved or not.

 - If all goes well and your return is approved, we'll work our magic and process the refund to your original payment method. It may take a little time, but we promise to keep you in the loop throughout the process.

- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it might take a few business days for the refund to make its grand entrance into your account.

5. Exchanges

- Hey, we get it—sometimes, you just need a different size. If you'd like to exchange an item, reach out to our incredible customer service team and they'll sort you out.

- Exchanges are subject to availability because we want to make sure we can deliver the perfect fit for you. If the desired item isn't available we'll gladly issue a refund instead. We're all about making you happy!

6. Non-Returnable Items:

- Now, there are a few items that are simply non-returnable unless there's a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We're talking about underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel—because let's face it, hygiene matters!
