How It Works
Lie down slowly onto the mat, lowering your back onto the surface and resting your head on the pillow. The sensation will be intense at first. That's normal. Stay with it.
Within a few minutes your body begins to respond — muscles softening, nervous system shifting down a gear, tension releasing from places you didn't know you were holding it.
Press play on your guided Melt meditation. The audio will take you through the next ten minutes — using the sensation of the mat to keep your mind present and your breath slow.
When it ends, take your time getting up. You'll feel the difference.
